The Assassin

Name: Michal Dex (AKA The Red Baron)

Background

Michal Dex was your standard adolescent, until his parents sent him off to military school. Michal who had been pampered all his life suddenly was thrown in with a bunch of very mean boys older than him. He learnt how to fight, how to defend himself. When he was 15 he got a letter from his parents telling him that they would be away for a while.

He became very proficient with rifles and sharpshooting. When at age 18 at his graduation his parents didn’t show up he decided to join the military seeing as how no other options awaited him. Because of his proficiency with sharpshooting he was given extensive training and a smartlink to become a sniper. At age 24 when a operation for the UCAS went very wrong he decided to boot it to Seattle.

He is equipped with an excellent rifle and two handguns that are top level military ordnance. The military finally found him but attempts to reclaim him have failed (body count 6, then 14 in that order). He does the occasional shadowrun for the military and sees them as a very distant family.

Notes

Michal since leaving the military has added the above cyberware. If you look closely you’ll realize that it all works together. The picture of a mark is uploaded into memory along with maps of the area where the mark will be. Then when Michal has the target in site he can match it to the one in his computer not only by image but by thermographic patterns, so he isn’t fooled by a shape shifter. The Encephalon makes this all possible. The two smartlink ports on his hands are for the OWHS.
