Commentary

The former special agent was once a master of espionage working for either a corp somewhere or the government, maybe FBI or CIA. His head’s packed so full of electronics it should rattle, and he can also look after himself when the high velocity drek hits the fan. He can super encrypt telecom or radio signals, break most radio and telecom codes and act as a center of communications for the team, this is one runner not to leave behind.
