Physical Description

Homo Sapiens Sapiens; baseline Human. Caucasian. 188 cm in height; 87 kg in mass. Blonde hair, conservatively short. Clean-shaven. Blue eyes. 44 years of age, but appears somewhat younger. No distinguishing features. Highly trained in assassination techniques, including firearms, hand weapons, and unarmed combat. Magically inactive.

Psychological Profile

An efficient killer, though recent signs seem to indicate a dissatisfaction with his occupation, or at least with his current employer. Three reprimands have been issued by his employers in the past several months for three separate incidents. Aztechnology profiles indicate a mind which can best be described as “romantic.” It is this mindset which has probably allowed him to befriend Perianwyr (q.v.). Currently, however, he remains loyal to his corporation, and is considered by them a valuable asset. In many cases, he is dispatched on assignments that have already been written off as hopeless; more often than not, he changes the expected outcomes. Morgan is ambitious, charismatic, and willful. He also possesses a sense of “fairness” at odds with his current employment situation.

But for God’s sake, don’t count on it. You never can tell just what is going to strike Morgan’s sense of injustice. If he grants mercy, just take it. Don’t question.

Business Activities

Morgan’s primary responsibilities include meetings with individuals or groups opposed to the aims of his corporation, with the purpose of causing a coming to terms. Morgan’s chief alias, Rory Payne, is an international playboy; his activities include rally driving and carousing with other members of the so-called “jet set.”

Business Methods

Morgan’s tools include negotiation, bribery, and assassination. Note that, in certain cases which must be quickly resolved, these methods are not necessarily executed in the order listed. On rare occasions, however, usually when he disagrees with the priorities of his employer, Morgan will warn a potential target of his assignment, in an attempt to avoid needless violence.

Resources

High. When on assignment for Aztechnology, Morgan has virtually unlimited access to that corporations local resources. Even when working toward his own ends, Morgan’s personal wealth and contacts (including Perianwyr), should not be discounted; nor should his personal abilities, both martial and persuasive.

Perianwyr? Who’s that? Sounds Welsh.
