Damage for silver bullets is the same as the weapon original -2 power level!

The purchase of silver amunition is not like the purchase of regular rounds. Each silver round has to be custom made by a weaponsmith who has some skill in metallurgy. More than likely the common armorer will not have the neassary skills needed, but there are always exceptions.

Using WordMan’s Equipment list for SR2 I figured out the cost of Silver Rounds using that lists prices for the necessary materials.

First each bullet weighs .05 per bullet.

Next each kilogram of raw silver ore cost 30 NuYen per unit.

Refining the silver rises the price by two so now it costs 60 NuYen per unit.

Now 10 bullets is .5 of a kg.

For .5 kg of refined silver is 30 NuYen divide by ten equals 3 NuYen per bullet.

Add in a manufacturing cost of 5 NuYen per bullet.

So it works out to a 5 NuYen manufacturing charge, 3 NuYen for the silver itself. So it works out to 8 NuYen per single bullet before street index factor in.
