The Skinny: Logan was born and raised in the New York sprawl. From the time he was seven years old he was addicted to speed. Both the drug and the rush of acceleration. By nine, Logan fell in with a group of gangers who used him as their look out. He spent the majority of his childhood on the back of motorcycles, shuttled between crack houses and pick up spots trying to survive in whichever way that he could.

When he was fourteen Logan was riding shotgun with a fellow ganger when they were ambushed by police. The driver was shot and both of them were thrown from the bike. Logan scampered to his feet and onto the bike. What followed was a chase throughout Manhattan proper the likes of which have not been seen since. Logan escaped from the police by riding into downtown traffic and then over it, maneuvering his bike from car roof to car roof until the cops could no longer follow. After that incident, Logan’s gang fronted him the money to leave New York and lay low for a while until the cops cooled off.

Instead of laying low, Logan worked up a fake ID and took a job as a pizza delivery driver in the Cleveland sprawl. Everyone who saw him drive figured him for a race car driver. So that was what he became. He was discovered by a CART recruiter who offered to have him fitted with a rig in exchange for three years of service. Logan agreed and began racing cars professionally.

However, drugs got the best of him again and within weeks of winning the Indy 500, Logan was strung out on btl chips. CART officials revoked his racing license. Today Logan is 20 yrs old and out of work. He still has a pool of friends and agents all anxious for him to get clean and back on the circuit but he isn’t sure he wants to do that. He’s been paying his bills by racing on a new circuit, the streets of Boston, doing package drop offs for his fixer and his Johnson.

Description: Logan is an emaciated black man with facial hair cut to resemble the comic book character Wolverine. He favors black leather pants and ratty tee-shirt tops. He is a fairly approachable person despite his outward appearance. He will usually be slotting a btl chip or ingesting some manner of illegal drug.
